Our electrical services include power distribution, lighting, controls and associated building systems. From individual upgrades to wider refurbishment packages, we deliver coordinated installations that meet the practical needs of the premises and their occupants.
Plumbing and Public Health
We provide plumbing and public health installations, including hot and cold water services, sanitaryware, above-ground drainage and associated pipework. Our works range from individual replacements and alterations to complete installations within refurbishment and new-build projects.
We consider water efficiency, hygiene, reliable operation and maintenance access, and coordinating plumbing and drainage with the building’s other services.

Working in Occupied Buildings

Testing and Handover
On completion, we provide the relevant testing records, operating information and maintenance documentation, supporting a smooth handover and the ongoing care of the installation.
